I'm regretfully selling my Asturian home. The house is in immaculate condition, and less than 2km from the beach of "La Marina". The relatively small town of Ribadesella has a very bright future, being the birthplace of the Spanish princess Letizia.
The price is now 360.000 €, (about 310.000 pounds sterling) after having been originally placed on the market for 450.000. Unfortunately the price is non negotiable unless you would like to keep the furniture, in which case we would offer you a favourable price for it.
The house is also at your disposal to rent.
